Chris Arvanis – Director of Raine & Horne Hurstville and Cofounder of Info Agent Real Estate Sydney

Chris’ gateway into the industry was his first sale. He privately sold his family home before beginning his career. He then went on to purchase more property for his portfolio, learning every detail of the process from both the seller’s and buyer’s perspectives.

Through this, Chris quickly developed a rare empathic sense toward clients’ needs. Equally, he is always tirelessly maintaining the highest level of care and trust.

In addition, Chris has experience selling properties of all types all over Sydney. This includes new land, house and land packages, off-the-plan homes by developers, and existing real estate.

With a strong passion for digital marketing, Chris knew there must be a better way to reach his target audience. It seemed the platform he needed for a real estate agent to do this didn’t exist yet.

This is where the idea of Info Agent was born. A platform that is the video encyclopedia on NSW and Sydney Real Estate.

The plan was to create a system to help those transacting real estate. The aim is to help everyone from vendors to tenants in the Sydney Property Market and across NSW.

Having a rare skillset, Jake excels in the real estate industry’s residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Coupled with experience in both sales and property management, it stands to reason Jake’s industry knowledge is second to none.

In his career, Jake has sold over $200 million worth of real estate across Sydney with countless leases. Jake always looks forward to guiding all clients through selling or leasing their property.

By keeping a high level of service in his work, Jake holds the relationship between client and agent as a top priority. Thus, he exceeds expectations on a daily basis.
