Why are we here?
Info Agent Real Estate Sydney has one main goal – Having a Sydney Real Estate Agent educate homeowners and landlords across the NSW and Sydney Property Market with easily understood video content.
There are 2 major topics no one is teaching us in school that are arguably more important than the subjects themselves (sorry Drama!). Those two things are how to do your taxes and how to transact property. No one leaves school a Real Estate Agent.
We understand no one is born with a Real Estate Agent’s knowledge or diploma. We also understand that many of us have an “Uncle Louie” who’s a butcher down the road. You know the one… He’s at your family events and he saying he knows all about the market and exactly when to sell your house!
Let us be the first to tell you; there’s a lot more going on than most people could even imagine having the time to learn, and it’s always changing. After all, that’s why Real Estate Agents exist! Well… that and Uncle Louie got so offended by an offer on his home, he chased the buyer down the street… I guess they forgot to consider the $6M in sentimental value offered by Louie’s broken water fountain out the front…
The point is, it’s tough to not get emotional about your own home or investment when doing things on your own. That’s where a Real Estate Agent comes in!
